A well presented property can achieve 60% more revenue than the same property poorly set-up and presented with basic iPhone pictures. We will give you advice on showing your property at its finest and then we’ll ensure it’s captured in its best light.


Marketing & Revenue Management

We advertise your property on all appropriate channels for the type of accommodation. All our properties are on Airbnb and Booking.com, but we also use more niche websites for certain properties, such as Coolstays, Sawdays, Handpicked Cottages and The Aficionados. We’ll speak with you about what would be best for your place.

Thanks to our commitment to quality and cleanliness, we’re pleased to be recognised as a Superhost on Airbnb, which pushes us up the search rankings and maximises exposure for all our properties.

We keep an eye on city demand and local events to ensure we maximise the opportunities available. We have some clever software which allows us to update all the different websites your property is listed on at the push of a button.


Cleanliness & Maintenance

We uncompromisingly apply our 5 star hotel background to the cleanliness of all our properties. We complete a thorough clean and restock all amenities in the property before the next guest arrives. We take care of all the laundry too.

If there are minor maintenance issues in the property we’ll also take care of that without the owner needing to get involved.

We respond quickly to any enquiries for your property as well as handling all pre-arrival and in-stay communication with the guests. We’re proud to have a 100% response rate on Airbnb and an immaculate 5 star review score.

About Us

The company was founded in late 2020 when Gordon Shaw bought his first investment property in Glasgow to use for short term letting.

Before setting up the business Gordon had 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, working in senior management positions in some of the top hotels in the country, including The Old Course Hotel in St. Andrews and Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow.

“With hindsight, setting up a travel and tourism based business in the middle of the pandemic was a bold move, but it felt right at the time and it taught me to be agile and lean from the very beginning.”

“Since a very young age I always wanted to follow my Grandmother’s footsteps and have my own hotel. They may be a bit smaller, but I treat the holiday lets as mini hotels and I work hard to ensure the guest experience is as good at my properties as it would have been in any 5 star hotel I’ve worked in. In my adult years I have developed a passion for architecture and interior design, and setting up the holiday-lets allows me to indulge my creative side.”

In early 2021 Gordon bought his second property, this time on the Isle of Skye, which has since featured in The Scotland on Sunday and The Aficionados magazine. In 2021 he also took on his first managed property, looking after a newly refurbished apartment in Glasgow on behalf another owner.
